The most significant upgrade is the newly designed Ceramic Burr Set with a glass coating, which offers:

✅ Even though they are coated the burrs are still very sharp while having amazing surface smoothness, even better than the Comandante C40 allowing fantastic granular consistency and coffee slides down the burr surface smoothly making the grinding experience feel lighter and smoother.
✅ Easier cleaning – The glass-coated burrs resist coffee stains better than other ceramic burrs and are easy to wash

Although Porlex Ceramic Burrs are very very hard and perfect for grinding coffee please note all Ceramic materials are brittle and if dropped from a height they will shatter due to impacts. Please be careful when cleaning your burrs that you do not drop them as this is not covered under warranty.
